Wilson Center Global Fellowship

This month I joined the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars as a Global Fellow.  The Wilson Center is an institution that hosts preeminent scholars and experts conducting research on topics of national and international relevance. I had the opportunity to be a fellow at the Wilson Center during my sabbatical in 2009-2010. As a non-resident Global Fellow, I will be working closely with the Center’s Mexico Institute on rule of law and security issues.
